Q: What is 27 Dresses & Co.?
A: 27 Dresses & Co. is a clothing rental service that allows you to rent designer dresses and accessories for any occasion. Our luxurious bespoke rental collections are designed for you. Sophisticated yet sustainable, we are the premier shop for all of your bridal, bridesmaid, and event dresses and accessories.

Q: What types of items does 27 Dresses & Co. offer?

A: We offer a wide range of dresses and accessories for all occasions, including formal events, weddings (brides, bridesmaids, wedding guests, mother of bride/groom), cocktail parties, vacations, and more. Our collection includes various styles, sizes, colors, designers, and prices to suit your needs and is updated regularly to ensure that you have access to the latest styles.

Q: What is the process for renting a dress?

A: Renting a dress from 27 Dresses & Co. is easy! Simply browse our selection online and select the dress you want. Choose your rental dates, add any accessories, and check out. Your dress will be shipped to you in time for your event, and you can return it after your event using the pre-paid shipping label provided. We offer free pick-up or delivery (at an extra fee) if you are local to the DFW metroplex.

 

Q: Can I try on items before renting it?

A: We offer try-ons before renting if you are local to the DFW metroplex. Contact us regarding your preferences and needs (style, size, color, designer, price range, etc) and we'll curate a custom wardrobe for you to try on at a convenient time.

 

Q: What is included in the styling services?

A: Our styling consultation services are available virtual or in person (if local to DFW). We offer a complimentary one hour session to curate your custom look based on your preferences and needs. Whether you're a bride creating your bridal wardrobe, need help styling bridesmaid dresses, or have a one time event, we're here to help you look and feel your best. Contact us today to schedule.
 

Q: How do I return my rental items?

A: Simply place your rental items in the provided packaging and drop them off at your local post office or shipping carrier. We offer free pick-up or delivery (at an extra fee) if you are local to the DFW metroplex.


Q: What are the rental timeframe policies for dresses and accessories?
A: Our rental period is 14 days (but if you need it longer, just let us know so we can accommodate for an extra fee), and we offer a 2-day grace period for returns. Late fees apply after this time. All items must be returned in their original condition and on time.

 

Q: What if I need to cancel my future rental?

A: We offer full refunds for cancellations 30 days prior to the beginning of your rental period. For cancellations made 14 days prior to the rental date, we do not offer refunds, but we do provide store credit.

Q: How much does it cost to rent from 27 Dresses & Co.?

A: The rental cost varies depending on the items you choose. Please see our website for more details.

Q: What if the size or color of an item I want is out of stock?

A: Please send a "notify when back in stock" on that particular item. We will contact you as soon as it is available.

Q: Are items available for purchase after the rental period?

A: Certain dresses and accessories are available for purchase after the rental period has ended. Contact us to inquire.

Q: Will you purchase my new or gently used items?

A: We are always adding more to our collection and will absolutely consider purchasing your new or gently used items. Our mission is sophisticated sustainability. Contact us to inquire.

Q: What is rental insurance?

A: Our rental insurance is included in the cost of your rental and covers any usual wear and tear that may occur during your rental period. If any damage beyond regular wear and tear occurs, you will be responsible for the repair or replacement costs at full retail value.

 

Q: What happens if I damage or lose an item?

A: If you lose an item or it is damaged beyond regular wear and tear, you will be responsible for the cost of repairs or the full replacement value of the item at retail price.
